END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to the SkyScrapers Sudoku 3d Puzzle ("Game") developed by Enes Abdurrahman Bilgin (CodeWarrior) and provided by Nadidem Sis. ("Developer"). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. 1. License Grant The Developer grants the user a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Game solely for personal entertainment. This license does not permit the resale, redistribution, or commercial use of the Game. 2. Game Features The Game provides a 3D Sudoku experience and contains no in-app purchases or stores. Only Google AdMob advertisements are used for monetization. 3. Data Privacy and Security The Game uses the EasySave plugin to store saved data exclusively on the user’s device. The Developer does not collect or process any user data. However, the Game includes Google AdMob advertisements, and users are advised to refer to Google’s privacy policy for details on data processing by this third-party advertising service. 4. Limitation of Liability The Game is provided for entertainment purposes only, without any guarantees regarding functionality, accuracy, or reliability. The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game. Users are responsible for their own use of the Game and accept any risks associated with it. 5. Advertisements The Game uses Google AdMob advertisements, which may include third-party content or links not related to the Game’s services. The Developer does not accept responsibility for this content or any external links included in advertisements. 6. Modification and Termination of Agreement The Developer reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game implies acceptance of the updated terms.
